I was trustee of an estate that included a single family home in the Porter Ranch area of Northridge, CA. David was our broker and agent for a difficult sale of a house and piece of property in probate. The time frame of the sale had to be short due to a high interest loan on the property. He was able to do the job effectively, and stayed in contact with us at each step. This was particularly important since we live in Hawaii and trips were required to assist with the process. He often performed tasks that allowed us to stay at home. We plan to hire him again for a second piece of property with a difficult set of circumstances.
