When it comes to real estate, David is the real deal. LA is full of part time real estate agents and people who talk a good game, but David actually knows how to get deals done for his clients and put roofs over heads. Without David’s guidance, hustle, and ability to expertly communicate and manage all the moving parts of a home purchase, including a difficult seller and a mortgage broker without much of a sense of urgency, I definitely wouldn’t have been able to buy my first home. Outside of paying the mortgage on the house I now own, I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more from a real estate agent and look forward to scraping enough loose change together to do it all over again.

David masterfully navigated a complex court-confirmed trust sale for me (a professional trustee selling a West Hollywood condo). David is beyond excellent. Specifically, we found a home on January 30, put in a deal January 31, and he was working on closing the deal JANUARY 1 despite being on vacation with his kids.
