David is beyond excellent. Specifically, we found a home on January 30, put in a deal January 31, and he was working on closing the deal JANUARY 1 despite being on vacation with his kids. That is what you call professionalism. Although just a simple first home purchase, I could not have navigated this deal with any other run of the mill realtor that was “referred by my friend’s brother’s wife’s great aunt etc. etc.—you get the point. He tireless worked with my mortgage broker, escrow company, and most importantly of all—a difficult selling agent, while I was able to focus on my own obligations through the process.
