This was the most difficult real estate transaction of all time (short-sale, almost 11 months start to finish) and he made it a reality. Since I lived out of the area, David handled getting the property ready for sale including reaching out to a gardener, pool cleaner, house cleaner and property pictures (which were amazing). When it comes to real estate, David is the real deal. LA is full of part time real estate agents and people who talk a good game, but David actually knows how to get deals done for his clients and put roofs over heads. Without David’s guidance, hustle, and ability to expertly communicate and manage all the moving parts of a home purchase, including a difficult seller and a mortgage broker without much of a sense of urgency, I definitely wouldn’t have been able to buy my first home. Outside of paying the mortgage on the house I now own, I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more from a real estate agent and look forward to scraping enough loose change together to do it all over again.

David masterfully navigated a complex court-confirmed trust sale for me (a professional trustee selling a West Hollywood condo). David is not only experienced and knowledgeable about trust and “probate sales,” but he is the consummate professional we all want on our team. He is proactive, efficient, communicative and strategic. He is also a fellow fiduciary who puts the interests of his clients above his and in this case, David achieved a great result for our client. David is beyond excellent. Specifically, we found a home on January 30, put in a deal January 31, and he was working on closing the deal JANUARY 1 despite being on vacation with his kids. That is what you call professionalism. Although just a simple first home purchase, I could not have navigated this deal with any other run of the mill realtor that was “referred by my friend’s brother’s wife’s great aunt etc. etc.—you get the point. He tireless worked with my mortgage broker, escrow company, and most importantly of all—a difficult selling agent, while I was able to focus on my own obligations through the process. The deal closed on time, with no problems, and LOWER than asking price, specifically due to David’s workaholic nature and experience in the business. I would absolutely recommend for selling or buying!

Once you have worked with David, it’s hard to work with anyone else. As a trusts and estates attorney, my clients need to retain real estate agents to sell properties often after a loved one passes away. These transactions can become complicated with various family dynamics, fiduciary obligations, and disputes, all under time constraints. David understands all aspects of these transactions and impresses me with his work ethic, communication, effectiveness, and professionalism.
