David was extraordinarily patient with our family as we tried to find the right home. Then, when we finally did, it looked like we were too late – the house was already in escrow with another buyer. But David called the seller’s broker and made every effort to stay on the top of her radar and to make our backup offer as appealing as possible. When the house fell out of escrow with the other buyer, David was right there to get all the paperwork signed for us right away. He was truly a Godsend. My parents now live in their little jewel of a house and are very content. David played a huge role in making that happen, and we all found him to be proactive, responsive, and very professional. His guidance during the process was invaluable.
