David and his staff were exceptional to deal with. The sale of my brother’s condo for his estate was a very difficult one due to the special circumstances. David went way beyond his obligation as a realtor to assist in the eviction of the occupant in the condo prior to listing the property. He works at all hours and is always available for questions; even though he has the questions answered before you ask. He knows his stuff and I would never use anyone else again. When it became necessary to sell my son’s Sylmar, California home, my attorney recommended that I contact David Rothblum who had provided excellent service for another one of his clients. David was able to determine an appropriate asking price for the property’s location and condition. The property did require thorough cleaning and some minor repairs. My personal residence is twenty miles from Sylmar, and I was not familiar with any local service providers. David was able recommend reliable sources and supervise their work. I am happy to recommend David Rothblum to anyone and will also list my personal residence with him when I am ready to sell. I was very grateful for all that he did.

In late 2017, we needed an experienced realtor who was familiar with complicated trust sales. From our initial inquiry call through the completion of the sale, David was phenomenal. He handled our complex situation (multiple trustees residing in two separate states, first home sale experience for both of us) and kept us appraised every step of the way. David Rothblum, is more than a realtor. He is a realtor who cares about and respects his clients. He facilitated the probate sale of my late mother’s home. He made a special effort to support me when I was both daughter and executor of my mother’s estate. I was following Mom’s wishes as best I could amongst some sensitive family dynamics. We discussed what would be best financially which wasn’t always the easiest to implement. He facilitated the sale of the house and did a yeoman’s job.
