We have had the pleasure of working with David Rothblum for the past 10 years starting with the purchase of our first home and recently with the sale of our prior home and purchase of our existing home. In all transparency, David is a friend. That was the main reason I originally asked David to represent us as our realtor. I have to say though that I was incredibly nervous about doing any type of business with friends and know I’m not the easiest client to please. Friend or no friend, David was AMAZING. When it became necessary to sell my son’s Sylmar, California home, my attorney recommended that I contact David Rothblum who had provided excellent service for another one of his clients. David was able to determine an appropriate asking price for the property’s location and condition. The property did require thorough cleaning and some minor repairs. My personal residence is twenty miles from Sylmar, and I was not familiar with any local service providers. David was able recommend reliable sources and supervise their work. I am happy to recommend David Rothblum to anyone and will also list my personal residence with him when I am ready to sell. I was very grateful for all that he did.
